The Retire Blessed Plan.

Over the years, I’ve met countless families who’ve worked hard, saved faithfully, and still feel uneasy about what comes next.

They’ve done the hard part. They just want to know if it’s enough, if it’s structured right, and if it will last.

That’s where the Retire Blessed Plan was born.

It’s the process I created to bring clarity and peace to families who want to retire with confidence—and purpose.

Why So Many Feel Uncertain

In working with my clients over the years, I’ve found most people don’t lack discipline—they lack direction.

Many are juggling 401(k)s, IRAs, Social Security decisions, taxes, and healthcare—all without a cohesive plan. Everything moving, nothing coordinated.

It’s not a lack of wisdom or discipline. It’s that no one ever showed them how to bring it all together into one clear picture. It’s not about intelligence; it’s about integration.

That’s the gap I help close.

What I’ve Learned as an Advisor

When I first started advising, I thought success was about getting better returns or finding the next smart investment.

But, real success isn’t in outperforming markets—it’s in aligning money with mission. Over time, I realized most people don’t need more products—they need perspective.

They need someone who can connect all the moving parts, explain things in plain language, and keep the plan centered on what matters most: faith, family, and stewardship.

That’s the role I play.
Not to sell you something, but to help you see your entire financial life clearly—and to show how it can all serve a greater purpose.

That conviction reshaped everything I do.

The Swan Song System

I call my process the Swan Song System—four steps that bring order to complexity:

  1. Consolidate & Organize — gather your accounts and data into one clear picture.

  2. Solve Problems — identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across income, taxes, and protection; lead with G.R.A.C.E.

  3. Manage Execution — coordinate solutions and strategies that work together.

  4. Work the Plan — review, adjust, and stay aligned over time.

It’s simple, steady, and designed for peace of mind.

The G.R.A.C.E. Framework

Every plan is anchored in G.R.A.C.E.

Guaranteed Income.
Reserves & Insurance.
Asset Growth.
Comprehensive Tax Planning.
Estate & Legacy.

Five pillars that balance provision, prudence, and purpose.

The Transformation

The goal isn’t wealth for its own sake.

It’s stewardship—clarity that frees you to give, serve, and rest.

When money stops being a master and becomes a means, retirement feels lighter, not smaller.

If that sounds like you, we’ll work together to bring order, clarity, and peace to your next chapter.

Why I Charge What I Charge

Over time, I realized the best way to help families follow through was to create a plan that requires both investment and intention.

In trying to help more people, I’ve learned something important — free doesn’t work.

When people don’t invest in the process, they don’t follow through. And when advisors charge too much, the very people who need clarity the most never get started.

So I built this offer to meet people in the middle.
Enough to create real commitment, but still accessible for those who are serious about stewarding their retirement wisely.

I also wanted to give flexibility.
You can implement the plan yourself or with my continued help; either way, it’s yours.

Every month, I offer the Retire Blessed Plan — a full, personalized retirement design — for a flat planning fee of $3,000 for the right-fit families I serve.

And because I believe wise counsel should be within reach, I reserve two Stewardship Plan openings each month at $522.

That number comes from Proverbs 15:22“Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.”

It’s a reminder that sound guidance isn’t a luxury; it’s wisdom in practice.

Two families each month, same process, reduced price—simply an act of stewardship.

Transformations

  • When David’s mother passed, he and Emily received a $150,000 inheritance on top of their $500,000 in retirement savings.
It felt like both a gift and a test—how to honor her legacy without jeopardizing their own.

They came to Retire With Swan looking for clarity.

    Where They Started

David, a lifelong small-business owner, and Emily, a high-school counselor, were in their mid-60s and ready to retire.
Their income sources were set—Social Security and modest savings—but they worried about how to use the inheritance wisely without creating new tax burdens or investment risk.

    Our Process

Through the Swan Song System, we built a clear structure around every dollar:

Guaranteed Income – $100,000 went into a Fixed Index Annuity providing $500/month for life.
    Reserves – $25,000 moved to a high-yield savings account plus a hybrid long-term-care policy.
Asset Growth – $25,000 invested in dividend stocks and ETFs for passive income.
Tax Strategy – Created a 10-year withdrawal plan for the inherited IRA to minimize taxes.
Estate Planning – Updated trusts and used part of the funds for grandkids’ college savings.

Each step solved a real tension they voiced—security vs. flexibility, simplicity vs. opportunity.

    Execution and Ongoing Care

We handled the setup end-to-end: coordinating the annuity, reallocating investments, finalizing Roth conversions, and syncing estate documents.
Now, we review their plan each year—tuning withdrawals, tax timing, and income pacing as life evolves.

    The Result

David and Emily turned uncertainty into structure and stress into peace of mind.
They built a lifelong income stream, reduced future taxes, and freed up time and energy for what matters.

Today, they’re on their long-planned cross-country road trip—visiting their daughter in Colorado and enjoying the kitchen remodel they once hesitated to start.

Their inheritance didn’t just add to their savings.
It gave them the confidence to live out their retirement—on purpose.

  • When Samir’s health forced him into early retirement, he and Aditya faced the same fear many couples do: Will our plan still work if life doesn’t go as planned?

They had saved $700,000, plus a small pension and severance package. But with one income disappearing and healthcare costs rising, they needed structure—fast.

    Where They Started

Samir, a civil engineer, and Aditya, a university professor, had worked hard to prepare. But his early retirement brought new challenges:
    • A reduced $2,500/month pension
    • A $75,000 annual salary (for three more years)
    • New Medicare costs and out-of-pocket medical expenses

Their goal was simple—keep life stable today while protecting Aditya’s future.

    Our Approach

Using the Swan Song System, we helped them rebuild clarity and control:

Guaranteed Income – $250,000 was placed in a Fixed Index Annuity producing $1,500/month for life—covering essentials without market risk.
Reserves – $100,000 held in a high-yield savings account for medical needs.
Growth – $350,000 invested with guardrails to allow flexible withdrawals as markets change.
Tax Strategy – With Aditya still working, we drew from taxable accounts first and planned Roth conversions over three years to reduce future taxes.
Estate Plan – Updated trusts and added a small life policy to protect Aditya’s income if Samir passed first.

    Execution

We coordinated every step—setting up annuity income, medical reserves, investment rebalancing, and legal documents.
Quarterly reviews replaced annual ones, giving them proactive updates as health and markets evolved.

    The Result

Samir and Aditya gained stability when they needed it most:
    • All core expenses covered by guaranteed income
    • Dedicated medical reserves for peace of mind
    • Growth and tax efficiency built into every dollar
    • A survivor income plan securing Aditya’s future

Today, Samir focuses on his health. Aditya continues teaching with confidence.
Their plan didn’t just survive an early retirement—it adapted to it.

    They’re not just retired.
They’re retired with clarity and control.
