No advice; no client relationship.

Site content is educational and general in nature. It is not individualized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and your use of the Site does not create an adviser-client relationship. A relationship with RWS begins only when we both sign an advisory agreement and you receive required disclosures.

No offer or solicitation. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or service in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful or where RWS is not properly registered or exempt.

Risks; no guarantees.

Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Any targets, goals, or assumptions are illustrative and not predictions or guarantees.

Compensation; insurance and annuities. RWS and its supervised persons are paid by clients for financial-planning and investment-advisory services. They do not receive commissions or other compensation from the sale of investment, insurance, or annuity products. Current public services and fees are described on the How I’m Paid page; the applicable advisory agreement and current Form ADV control. Insurance and annuity guarantees are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer.

Social Security and government references. We are not affiliated with the Social Security Administration or any government agency.

Calculators, tools, and illustrations. Any calculators, projections, or scenario tools on the Site are hypothetical, rely on user inputs and simplifying assumptions, and may not reflect fees, taxes, transaction costs, market conditions, or product features. They are not quotes or personalized advice and should not be the sole basis for decisions.

Third-party platforms and links.

Accounts may be held at third-party custodians or broker-dealers. When we reference those firms or link to their sites, you are leaving our Site. We do not control or warrant third-party content or services.

Custody/SIPC notice (if applicable). If your account is custodied at a broker-dealer that is a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), coverage is provided by that firm as described on its legal page. SIPC does not protect against market loss. Refer to the custodian’s official disclosures for current details.

Testimonials and case studies. If testimonials, endorsements, reviews, or case studies appear on the Site, we will disclose whether the speaker is a current client, whether any compensation was provided, and any material conflicts of interest. Testimonials are not representative and do not guarantee future results.
